What We Sell

We sell fully verified Minecraft accounts that are ready to use. All accounts are delivered instantly after payment has been successfully confirmed through SellAuth.

Full Replacement Policy

You are eligible for a full replacement if:

• The account gets pulled back by someone other than the buyer within 7 days of purchase
• The account does not match the description provided
• The account gets locked within 7 days of purchase

Important: Replacements only apply if you properly secure the account after receiving it.

Your Responsibilities

• Change the password and security information immediately after receiving the account
• You are responsible for how the account is used
• Do not use the account in a way that violates Minecraft or Microsoft Terms of Service
• Keep your account information secure after receiving the product

Delivery

• Automatic instant delivery after payment confirmation
• If you do not receive your account details within 5 minutes, contact support
• Make sure you have access to the email or account used for your purchase

Prohibited Actions

• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from VaultsMc
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in further action
• Attempting to abuse the replacement policy may result in a permanent store ban
